This page explains which data is used when you contact us through mtmhworld.com. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
Who handles requests
MTMH is an international news media holding. For data-use questions and to reach the team: @MTMH_World.
What is sent with a request
The form sends your name, email, chosen market, message text and the page URL you submitted from. This information is used to reply and discuss advertising placement. Consent to use the data for a reply is given by a separate checkbox on the form.
Do not include passwords, payment details or information about third parties that is not needed to discuss advertising.
Delivery and technical processing
Requests go to the MTMH team’s work email. The site is hosted by Hostinger; mail is received via Yahoo’s mail infrastructure. These services process technical data under their own terms. Request data may be processed outside the visitor’s country.
To limit repeat submissions, the site briefly uses a hash of the IP address. Hosting and security tools may keep technical request logs. Correspondence about a request is kept in work email; to ask about retention or deletion, contact the MTMH team.
Visit analytics
If Google Analytics is connected, it loads only after you choose “Allow” in the analytics notice. It tracks page views, Telegram clicks and site-confirmed request submissions. Name, email and message text are not sent in analytics events.
Your choice is stored in the browser. You can change it via “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. Without consent, the Google Analytics script does not load.
Opening Telegram
Links to communities and the team open Telegram. Further use of data is governed by Telegram’s rules and the terms of your conversation with MTMH.
Your requests
To clarify, correct or delete request data or withdraw consent, write to @MTMH_World. Include the address you used to submit and an approximate date; do not send your email password. Whether and how a request is fulfilled depends on applicable requirements and any cooperation already agreed.
